Please welcome my cutest (and newest) neighbor to the block!

Baby Ryder is already fitting in perfectly. He has his big brother to show him the ropes — plus a whole street full of honorary big brothers and sisters ready to love on him.

For his newborn photography session, we chose one of the new Lifestyle Newborn Sessions I’m now offering.

These sessions are designed to be short, relaxed, and connection-focused. Instead of extensive posing or long studio setups, lifestyle newborn sessions take place in a natural setting (typically in your home) and center around real moments — snuggles on the couch, tiny fingers wrapped around mom’s hand, proud siblings peeking in close.

Parents still receive the meaningful images they love: sweet family portraits, detail shots of baby, and those once-in-a-lifetime early days. The difference is the experience feels simple, comfortable, and easy.

I created this option to open the door for more families who want professional newborn photos, but prefer a shorter session without all the posing of a full newborn experience.

There’s something incredibly special about documenting this season exactly as it is — unhurried, connected, and real.
